How long does shipping usually take?
Transit times depend on the route and mode of transport. Domestic shipping may take 1–5 days, while international cargo can range from 7–30 days. Coupled with factors like ; war risk (middle-east) , geo-political situations , cargo collection location and port congestion at transshipment points.
Can I ship hazardous materials?
Hazardous goods are accepted with proper documentation and compliance with international safety regulations.

What if my cargo is lost?
We provide insurance for lost cargo.
How to track vessel ETD AND ETA ?
Vessel name/voyage number
What documents are required for cargo tracking ?
Track using container number and bill of lading number
How long does the vessel take to berth ?
Subject to berth availability, port congestion
When is the container being transferred to CFS?
3 to 5 days after discharge
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, RTGS , swift transfers and Mpesa and corporate billing accounts for approved clients.
Can I pay in multiple currencies?
Yes you can pay with either US dollar or Kenya shillings.
Do you provide shipping invoices?
Yes we provide online invoices upon request , based on CFR, CIF, FREIGHT PREPAID shipments as well as on ex-works , fob as per agreed quotation.
How do customs duties and taxes work?
Customs duties and taxes are guided by cargo/ commodity hs code , cargo value as well as KRA tariff guidelines.
