We send individual correspondence connected to an inquiry or an agreed service. Depending on your conversation, this can include:
- A reply to a question you sent through the website.
- Requests for clarification or information needed to prepare your brief.
- A proposal or written scope you asked us to prepare.
- Agreed project or service updates, scheduling changes and documents relevant to that work.
- A response to your privacy or support request.

The contact form does not enroll you in a newsletter, promotional sequence or mailing list. We do not use this inquiry channel to send unsolicited bulk promotions.
Your choice
Reply to a message with STOP, or email quotes@inbox.helmafreight.com, if you want ordinary email correspondence to stop. Our team will review the request and discuss an available alternative if needed. Required contractual or legal communication may still need to be delivered.
